Assalammualaikum dan selamat petang :B
Seperti biasa.. aktiviti hujung minggu adalah untuk mengasah bakat dalam memasak.. hheheheh

Menu Ahad (19June 2011)
---> Ayam Penyet Simple

 Ayam direbus sehingga empuk.

p/s : air rebusan ayam jangan di buang . Kalo rajin, boleh guna untuk masak nasi ayam :)

Perap ayam dengan 4 ulas bawang putih, 6 ulas bawang merah, halia, 2 sudu besar ketumbar, sedikit garam, sesudu kunyit dan 1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih

p/s : Perap selama 30 minit

Goreng ayam sehingga garing dalam rendaman minyak

Sambal belacan :

Segengam ikan bilis, 3 ulas bawang putih, 5 ulas bawang merah, belacan, 10 biji cili kering dan 5 biji cili padi

Setelah lumat (boleh guna blender), campur dengan air asam jawa

Tadaaaaaa....................

Selamat menjamu selera :)

Daun tu adalah pucuk bandung. 

Sup adalah hasil rebusan ayam tadi. Cuma tambahkan garam secukup rasa dan sup bunjut. :)

Selamat Hari Jumaat. Penghulu segala hari..

Ehem, ehem, jangan terpedaya ngan tajuk entry ni. Sebenanya saja nak ucap terima kasih banyak2 kat POSLAJU . PosLaju pun kena sayang ok!Napa pulak? Ye la, kalau tak kerana POSLAJU bisnes online saya pun tak akan berjalan dengan lancar. Korang percaya tak, kalau pos hari ni, esok dah dpt?? Percaya kan? Terima Kasih sekali lagi POSLAJU!! JOURNAL 21# SALAM MAULIDUR RASUL

سْــــــــــــــمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْـــــمِ

Assalammualaikum wbt :) dan salam sejahtera

Belum terlambat untuk ucap selamat menyambut maulidur rasul kepada semua, iaitu hari ulang tahun mata air kita, pahlawan yang paling disegani, serta pembimbing seluruh umat Islam, Nabi Muhammad SAW :)

Mari kita banyak kan berselawat.

Sabda Nabi S.A.W “ Dari Ibnu Mas’ud r.a. bahawa Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda : Orang yang terdekat denganku pada hari kiamat ialah orang yang paling banyak berselawat kepadaku.” ( Hadis Riwayat At-Trimidzi ) 

Kalau dulu, time zaman sekolah, mesti ada perarakan maulidur rasul kan? Tapi, sekarang macam dah tak meriah jer. Dulu, zaman sekolah sangat minat kat kagu HIJJAZ-RASULLULAH :) Sampai sekarang pun masih suka lagu ni. Sampai hafal lirik.. Kalau hayati lirik lagu tu, air mata pun akan mengalir. Sama-sama kita hayati ..

Dan mari kita berselawat banyak2 (**bukan hari lain tak berselawat dan tak mengingati Nabi,  cuma hari ni kita banyakkan amalan ok) InsyaAllah

Sambil-sambil korang buat assignments ke, berfacebook ke, bertwitter ke, tak salah bukak laman You-Tube dan dengar selawat. Dalam banyak-banyak selawat, ni yang paling besh (video kat bawah).. Rasa tenang kalau dengar.. 

Daripada mulut terkumat-kamit bawak lagu grenade-bruno mars kan, baik kita berselawat :) (bercakap pasal diri sendiri*)

And, do you know, this year is my year?? Errkk..why??Hahaha . because its Rabbit's year.
